He specialises in treating athletes with sports-related injuries, providing rehabilitation, and offering personalised coaching. Whether you're a beginner or age group athlete, Alex has the expertise to help you manage injuries and optimise your performance.

From humble beginnings, Alex has impressively advanced in the sport, qualifying for and competing in the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Nice. When he's not helping athletes achieve their best, you'll find him training across swim, bike, and run disciplines.
