Professional Sports Physiotherapist and Sport rehabber :
I completed my Sports Rehab degree at University of Bolton in 2014 and from here I gained my passion working in Rugby League taking on my first role as first team Sports Rehabber and Soft tissue therapist at Warrington Wolves RLFC in 2015 reaching both Cup finals in 2016 as well as winning league leaders shield.

I then went on to complete my Masters in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan
University in 2019, where I went on to gain 4 year’s experience as a Musculoskeletal
Physiotherapist within the NHS. I joined Liverpool Football Club Academy part-time Physiotherapist. I was then appointed the first team Senior Physiotherapy assistant role at Huddersfield Giants RLFC. In the same year reaching the Challenge cup final.

At the end of 2023, I joined Liverpool FC Academy as full time 15-16s lead Physiotherapist.

​Alongside these roles, I have and continue to work with Official Sport Services since 2016 providing elite sports treatment to national and international sports teams such as; NFL Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, New Zealand All blacks Rugby Union, Women’s England netball, Australia and New Zealand rugby league teams to name a few. Most recently I have worked with United Autosports who recently won the World series Le Mans 24 hour race in June.

Overall, I try and create a dynamic and enjoyable environment for patients and athletes
from both a mental and physical aspect, in order to optimise their rehab so they experience and receive the best quality of care.
In my spare time away from working in Sport, I like to train in the gym, play hurling for
Fullen Gaels Camogie Club in Manchester and try different coffee shops!
