Sinead graduated with a BSc in physiotherapy at Salford University. She is proficient in a range of assessment and treatment techniques,
including dynamometer, gait analysis studies, hip and knee X-ray radiological findings, compex muscle stimulation, sports massage level 5, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and taping. She has also completed British Life Support training.
Upon graduating Sinéad has worked at Oaklands hospital, a private hospital specialising in pre and post op orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as musculoskeletal conditions.
Sinéad has a special interest in running injuries and screening and is skilled in running rehabilitation and injury prevention through exercise. Sinéad herself has been an athlete since 12 years old, running track, road and Cross country. She went to English Schools for track and Cross Country and won 3 National titles as a senior. Sinéad's most recent sporting achievement is in HYROX where she is a World Record Holder in the open event with a time of 58:47 and a World Record Holder in the pairs event with a time of 57:31.
